Plasticware for animal samples
The following instructions are to be followed when sending animal samples. However, if you are sending very tiny, soft or nearly invisible animal samples—such as tiny insects, nematodes, larvae, and so on—or blood, please use the plasticware for Blood and Tiny Samples.
If samples are of hard tissue - like shell or exoskeleton - please contact us before shipping, for clarification and possible alternative submission requirements.
We recommend you use the following plates.
It is preferred that Micronic Pierceable TPE capband-8 cluster (MP53024) seals are used, which are compatible with all plates below. The Capmat-96 and the Capband-8 come in a variety of colours, in a mat format with tear-off lines to obtain cap strips. However, if the Micronic seals cannot be sourced, please use the matching seals from the same plate Manufacturer.
