What kind of markers does DArT offer?

We produce mostly SNP markers using several different types of assays and covering a broad range of marker densities and applications. Our DArTseq, DArTseqLD and DArTcap platforms also generate “Silico DArT” markers. 

These are complementary to the SNPs generated on these platforms and significantly increase your ability to detect genetic signals in the sequence data. SNPs also can be typed on DArTmp and DArTag platforms.
