Request an Account
You can request a OneDArT account by contacting helpdesk@diversityarrays.com.
If your request is approved, you’ll receive an onboarding email with the following information:
Initial compute credit allocation
OneDArT account details (e.g. username and temporary password)
Important information about managing instances
Links to user guides
Logging In
Once you receive your onboarding email, you’re ready to log into your account.
Go to https://customerportal.diversityarrays.cloud and log in using your registered email address or username and the temporary password provided.

You’ll be prompted to change your password. We recommend choosing a secure password during your first login to protect your account.
Log in again using your new password. You’re now ready to start using OneDArT!
NOTE
These instructions are also included in your OneDArT onboarding email.
