How long is my raw data available for?

Your raw data will usually be available to download within 2 weeks after your results are uploaded to your DArT account.

Your raw data is available for 30 days from the date it is issued to your DArT account. You will receive an email when your data becomes available.

After 30 days your data will be archived. If you need access to your data after the 30 days you can request us to restore the archive. If  you request archive data an additional processing fee will be charged. This will depend on your order but normally the processing fee is between $200 - $300 AUD.  Please contact us if you need to access archived raw data for a historic order.
