What are the requirements for sending DNA?

Our general guidance for supplying DNA is: 

• Up to 94 samples per 96 ­well plate with wells G12 and H12 empty for controls
• DNA suitable for restriction enzyme digestion and ligation
• Each sample about 20uL of DNA at 50-100ng/uL concentration
• Fully skirted 96 ­well plate, closed with strips of 8 caps
• Shipped to us with the relevant documentation.
