Our general guidance for supplying DNA is:

Up to 94 samples per 96 well plate with wells G12 and H12 empty for controls
DNA suitable for restriction enzyme digestion and ligation
Each sample about 20uL of DNA at 50-100ng/uL concentration
Fully skirted 96 well plate, closed with strips of 8 caps
Shipped to us with the relevant documentation.
