How to download data

Overview:

Once your order is completed, you will be able to download metadata files, FASTQ files and raw data from your DArT Account.

Important:

Raw data will only be available if you requested it when you placed your order. Your raw data will be archived after 30 days, we recommend you download your data within 30 days of it becoming available to avoid additional fees.  If you did not request raw data when you placed your order you can contact us to request it. Please note additional fees may apply.

How to download Metadata Files & FASTQ Files

1. Log in to your DArT account
2. From the List of Orders Page, navigate to your order and select ‘Click to view & edit’
   
3. To download metadata files or FASTQ files, on the Order Management Page, navigate to the ‘Raw Data Delivery’ tab. If applicable, your files will be available to download:
   

How to download raw data

1. If you requested raw data as part of your order, on the Order Management Page navigate to the ‘Extra File(s)’ tab. Your raw data will be available to download for 30 days.
