How to track your order status

Overview

You can check your order status (excluding small orders) in your DArT account. There are four statuses for your orders:

  1. Just ordered:  Your order has been placed, but we have not received samples yet. At this stage your order details and sample tracking file are still editable. 
  2. Arrived: Your samples have arrived at our laboratory and are undergoing a technical inspection including assessment of shipment condition, documentation and sample requirements.
  3. Accepted: Your order has passed our quality checks, and is being processed, some early attached data or communication may be available. 
  4. Completed: Your order is complete and the data is ready to download.

How to check your order status

To track your order status, login to your DArT account and navigate to the List Orders page. 

Order status email notifications

You will also receive order status email notifications when your samples are received and pass our quality control. If your samples do not pass quality control, your service manager will contact you.
