Article summary

For orders outside and inside Australia we recommend you use DHL or Fedex.

Both couriers have been reliable and efficient when clearing sample shipments including DNA and animal tissue with Australian Customs to our laboratory.

If you choose to use another courier, you need to ensure that they can electronically provide import permits and/or supplier/manufacturer declarations to Australian Customs. The process for this varies based on your courier.

We strongly recommend you check with your courier before shipping your samples.
