High quality DNA is always the best assurance of a good outcome from the services we provide.
Most of our library construction methods require DNA suitable for digestion by restriction enzymes and ligation adaptors. In our DArTag and DArTmp technologies we do not use restriction enzymes, so they are less affected by some DNA impurities.
In any case, to get the best possible result we use a very broad range of DNA extraction methods, both “in-house” procedures, predominantly CTAB-based, and a large diversity of commercial extraction kits.
